Car description from seller:
1941 or 1946 - Still up for debate. Has always been registered as a 1941 but many people have chimed in to say it is a 1946. Maybe a mix or maybe a late 1941 registered after the war. Not sure. Color - Burgundy body - Black Fenders and running boards Wood bed on truck with nice black toolbox added that matches running boards. Everything is stock and original except for the running boards and fenders to our knowledge. Those are reproductions. Flathead 6 motor (23-1/4 inch short block) - 6 volt electrical system with all new wiring harness and original style wires. Standard 3 shift manual transmission, The tires are the original style with tubes. It has a 116 inch wheel base. Vacuum style windshield wipers (vacuum motor not working). Has the push out style windshield. We have replaced the water pump, oil filter, temperature gauge and braking system. This truck has won many awards both at the local Antique Automobile of America (AACA) meetings and at the Dodge Mopar Shows. It has won the Don Garlits Choice at one of his yearly Mopar shows. It garners a lot of attention due to it being so unique. There are not a lot of antique dodge trucks around. That and the eye catching paint job. Also the fact that it has the Flathead 6 engine instead of a newer or bigger motor. This truck travels regularly from North Central Florida to Daytona Beach for shows, Kissimmee, FL for shows etc. Vehicle being sold "As Is" with no warranty. Buyer will be responsible for picking up or having vehicle shipped at own expense.
