Chequered Flag International is pleased to offer this 1959 Volkswagen Beetle in Black with Tan leather interior. One Southern California owner from new. All original sheet metal including floors. Original engine and transmission. All fully rebuilt to virtually concours condition. This car is spectacular and has to be one of the finest '59's in existence. Just installed California Yellow Black license plates. Drives fantastically well - has crossplys that should be replaced with radials if it's going to be driven. This car is 'off the scale' and, presuming you could find an original one good enought to do this work, I really don't think you'd get much change from $30,000 in restoration costs.
