This was a new body style that ushered in the muscle car era for Buick. For 68 the wheel base was shortened by 3 inches and the car lost 4.4 inches overall. Buick kept with upscale interiors and a modest price increase so sales in 1968 were good compared to the other GM divisions. Production numbers on the GTS 350 were just over 10000 units. The "California Special" post car really made a styling statement and has enhanced the collectability of this unit. Our car comes with the rare factory tilt option along with very rare factory radio delete option. New brake cylinders, fluids changed and very correct mechanical makes this car a great buy. No rust or rust repair. This 81000 mile car is a great driver. Power steering and power brakes just add to the enjoyment.
